March 22-25 inclusive

Thursday
· Leave ROT 07.45 for Davies Road pick up.
· Rest stop Strensham Services.
· Arrive Bristol Cathedral BS1 5TJ for c11.30.
· Service 12.00-13.00 so restricted access (window for lunch?)
· Rehearse and change. Perform 13.15-14.00.
· Re-embark coach for Newquay. Eat your packed lunch/iron rations en route.
· Comfort stop Exeter Services.
· Then to Hotel Bristol Newquay TR7 2PQ
· The Tour Dinner at 20.00 (smart casual) with guests and entertainment. (late bar)
Friday
· Optional day trip to Falmouth. Depart c09.30.
· Use National Maritime Museum TR11 3QY as our base. Discounts available.
· Organise your own lunch. For coffee etc. try De Wynn’s on Main St.
· Departure Falmouth c14.45.
· Return after lunch to arrive Newquay 16.00 and early ‘tea’ at 16.30.
· Coach to take us to St Michael’s Church Newquay (1.5 miles) to arrive c17.45 for acclimatisation
      and short rehearsal with Newquay MVC.
· Coach back to Hotel Bristol c21.15.
· Real Ale and pasties with our guests from Newquay Choir.
Saturday
· Leave for Eden Project c10.30. Perform at 13.00, Citrus Area in Mediterranean Biome.
· Organise your own lunch. Big choice. Free time to explore site.
· Departure time TBA. Arrive Wadebridge Town Hall about 17.00. Have Martina’s ‘pack-up’. Tea,
      change, rehearse and perform at 19.30.
· Invited back to Wadebridge Conservative Club, Churchill Bar. (Real Ale)
· Depart Wadebridge c23.15 for Hotel Bristol. Pasties and a night-cap.
Sunday
· Clocks ‘spring forward’ one hour. Oops…may miss breakfast-set alarm?
· Leave as early as driver’s hours allow. (dictated by Saturday night and time change)
· Lunch at Sander’s Garden Center TA9 4HJ c14.00.
· Comfort stop Strensham WR8 0BZ on M5 North.
· Back to Davies Road for drop off (their cases last on the coach at Newquay with special labels. I will supply.)
· End of tour Radcliffe on Trent late afternoon/early evening. (remember clocks have gone forward)
My notes
· Bring Martin’s Pocket Programme. Bring previously distributed afterglow music sheet.
· Joe Bailey, Jim Bastow and Martin MacGillivray have organised their ‘A’ Team to unload your luggage at the Hotel Bristol. Please give them space to do their thing. They will advise. I will give you registration forms and room allocations after you have collected your luggage; then go straight to your room which will be open. Fill your forms later.
