TRUSTEES and other officers of the Choir

The Choir is a registered Charity (No 1059527) and, under the terms of the constitution agreed with the Charities Commission, is administered and managed by an Executive Committee.

The latter shall consist of not less than seven nor more than ten members. Seven members of the Executive Committee are elected at the AGM and act as “Trustees”. The Executive Committee may co-opt up to three additional members.
